ALLEGATION: Husband (Suburban couple) caused the death of a 1-year-old baby girl who suffered blunt trauma to the head, a skull fracture and bleeding and swelling of the brain.
DISPOSITION: Trial to court. Mr. Bennett represented both husband and wife. Mr. Bennett tried the husband's case after bifurcating (seperating) their cases and obtaining an acquittal on behalf of the wife.
RESULT: Not guilty of all charges
